The studio
Mirai Loom is a new, two-person design and development studio based in Japan. You work directly with the people designing and building your website. Fewer handoffs mean faster decisions, closer collaboration, and more time spent on the work.
We shape each site around your business, rather than swapping a logo into a template. Our lean setup keeps pricing competitive with larger agencies, while bringing custom art direction, Japanese + English capability, and a clear handover together.
Your audience, content, and identity set the direction. We design the structure, typography, and visual language for your business, rather than reskinning a preset template.
We bring the design into a working preview early, so you can review a real website on your phone and laptop. Direct feedback keeps refinement moving.
A custom storefront with considered product discovery and a clear path to checkout. We configure the agreed store structure, payments, and shipping, then help you get ready to sell.
Both languages are considered in the content, navigation, and typography. Business and Commerce include Japanese + English; Essential starts with either language.

The clock starts at the agreed kickoff, once the brief, essential content, and access are ready. A first live build is a working preview for review. Launch estimates depend on prompt feedback, approvals, and the agreed scope.
Starting prices are in JPY. Your quote confirms the final scope, fee, revision rounds, and any applicable taxes before work begins. Domain, hosting, Shopify, and third-party fees are separate. No mandatory monthly contract.
Larger sites and custom projects are quoted separately.
Why Loom
Different projects need different teams. Loom is for businesses that want a distinctive website, an early working build, and a direct line to the people making it.
A larger team can suit complex stakeholder needs. Formal stages and handoffs may mean weeks before a working build is ready to review.
A practical option for standard requirements. Visual customization can be limited, and some lower entry prices depend on ongoing monthly contracts.
Custom design, a first build in 3–5 business days, Japanese + English capability, and direct communication. A lean two-person team keeps pricing competitive; ongoing support is your choice.
After final payment, you receive ownership of the agreed custom work, source files, and account access. Your domain and hosting stay in your control. Third-party platforms and assets retain their own licenses and fees.
We agree on goals, pages, content, access, and a clear quote. Once the brief and essential materials are ready, we book the kickoff.
Review a working preview within 3 business days for Essential or Business, or 5 for Commerce. See the direction in a real browser, not just a presentation.
Share consolidated feedback directly with us. We iterate on design, content, and interactions within the agreed scope and revision rounds.
We check mobile layouts, forms, and the launch essentials, then connect your domain. You receive the agreed files, account access, and a practical handover.
FAQ
Essential typically launches in 7–10 business days, Business in 10–14, and Commerce in 10–15. First working previews arrive within 3 business days for Essential and Business, or 5 for Commerce. These timings start at the agreed kickoff with the brief, key content, and access ready. We confirm availability first; content delays or scope changes can move the launch date.
We refine the working build together through consolidated feedback. Your proposal specifies the included revision rounds and their scope. If you need new pages, features, or a change of direction beyond that scope, we agree on any additional fee and timing before proceeding.
Business and Commerce include a Japanese and English website. Essential includes one language, with a second available as an addition. We confirm content preparation, translation requirements, and page scope in the quote; specialist translation or extensive copywriting is quoted separately where needed.
We help you choose and configure the right setup and connect your domain for launch. Domain registration, hosting, Shopify subscriptions, and paid apps are billed separately, ideally through accounts you control. We explain these running costs before you commit.
Yes. After final payment, the agreed custom design and code are yours, with source files and account access handed over. Third-party software, fonts, imagery, and platforms remain subject to their own licenses. There is no mandatory Loom subscription to keep using your website.
Yes. Optional maintenance starts from around ¥20,000 per month. We agree on the support scope, response expectations, and included work before it starts. You can also request individual updates, or manage the site yourself after handover.
It is the starting fee for the typical scope shown, not a fixed price for every project. Page complexity, content work, integrations, and other requirements can change the cost. We confirm the complete fee, any applicable taxes, third-party costs, and schedule in a written quote before work begins.
